I always read reviews on places I choose to stay at. This hotel was well rated with only a few negative reviews. I give this a "5 star" in every category. We were there friday to friday. We were greeted immediately on entry and the assistance on checking in was great. The lobby, lounge and breakfast decor is modern and comfortable with plenty of seating and spotless. Our room met our expectations of a high quality room. We had a 2 queen suite with a full kitchen. It wasn't huge, but had plenty of space for 2 adults. Of all the hotels I've stayed in, this was by far had the quietest running air-conditioner! Breakfast offered a variety of food to get you going in the morning. Great tasting coffee too. We chose to eat dinner there our first night since we arrived late in the day. We were told the burgers were very good, and I have to agree, they are. The bar is well stocked also. It was unusually cool during our stay so we didn't take advantage of the outdoor pool. In the front of the hotel are several seating areas with a firepit. This hotel is conveniently located to the MCO airport and also close to many restaurants and shops. If I'm back in Orlando, I would definitely chose to stay here again. I appreciate the cleanliness and comfort.
Recently flew to Orlando for a funeral. Needed a place close to the airport to pick up other family members arriving after me. We were welcomed by Giselle upon our late arrival and she was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the free breakfast before using the shuttle to pick up some more family. Shuttle driver James was also friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here.
My husband & I stayed here the night before our early flight. This hotel was so incredibly clean, refreshing fragrance in the lobby & staff was so polite & helpful. Our room was spacious, clean & quiet. We were amazed how quiet it was being near the airport & main road. They even provide airport parking & free shuttle, which we didn't use, but such a great service if needed. This will definitely be our go-to hotel when we fly out of Orlando!
We had a great stay. They picked us up within 20 mins of arrival. Check in was a breeze. The front desk ladies and gentlemen were so kind. Seeing a friendly smile these days is not very common. The front area was spotless . The decorations were creative and cute. The room was pristine. Full fridge, mini stove, microwave, comfy bed. Plenty of towels. Would highly recommend and stay again. ( to the front desk lady that loved my tennis shoes and we looked up on Amazon.. I hope you got them and are enjoying them ) Thank you staff for your kindness!
Amazing hotel! We stayed at the Universal resort and came to this one the last day before leaving Orlando, and thought we should it stay in this one the whole time. Our room was sparkling clean. Rooms are spacious, beds and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely the best (ignore my 7eleven coffee in the picture). Definitely recommended. Super close to the airport!
This place is great and has lots of amenities. The bar is a nice addition with lots of seating. The lobby is good for just relaxing while waiting. The rooms are setup for extended stays. Shuttle to the airport is very nice and can be scheduled.
We had a great stay at this clean and convenient property! Our room was super spacious with a kitchenette, fridge, microwave, etc. Not only was the hotel itself great, but front desk service was some of the best we have had! Milene made our stay memorable with a welcoming smile and friendly hospitality! She made us feel special, especially my wife whom we were celebrating (birthday)! Shuttle pickup and dropoff service was nice and convenient as well!
Very clean! My room was available hours early at no extra charge. They have a shuttle to the airport that runs every 1/2 hour for free you just have to sign up for it at the front desk. Very close to shopping and food, you can easily walk. Ride to airport is very fast and convenient. They have a free breakfast with warm and cold options. There is also a pool. Nice lobby to relax in and in the front of the hotel is some seating with a fire pit. Highly recommend this hotel.
